Junior Academy

Starting late June 2022 with 6 juniors the Derby Golf Academy now has a database of 24 players who have attended regular training at the weekends, up to October 2023 we’ve conducted over 60 training sessions with 500 attendees at our hourly session.
For 2023 we've gone to 2 sessions of 1 hour to increase our junior membership. For Winter 2023/24 the training sessions have moved to the state of the art 'Bunker' 4 indoor bay training facility in Heanor the largest in Derbyshire.

The academy would like to say a big thank you to Poundland for providing funding for the polo shirts and sweatshirts that make our juniors look so smart. We would like to also say thank you to East Midlands Airport for funds to provide much needed junior training equipment.
