Michael O'Hanlon - Club Chairman

The following is an overview of the tasks fulfilled by a club chairperson:

* Overall organisation and running of the club with the club manager including promotion and club development
* Chairs meetings including regular committee meetings and the club AGM
* Strategic planning and key decision-making duties
* Uphold Club Constitution and National Governing Body regulations
* Delegating, leading and motivating club volunteers towards club goals/objectives

Caroline O'Hanlon - Club Treasurer

The Treasurer has a watchdog role over all aspects of financial management, working closely with other members of the Management Committee to safeguard the organisation's finances.

The role of the club treasurer is to control the club’s money, its collection, how it is spent and managing the clubs cash flow.

The treasurer is responsible for keeping accurate books that will enable them to give a full financial report whenever required to do so, to ensure there is full transparency of the club’s money to all of its members.

David Balding - Club President & Starter
Club starter makes sure that members are ready to play at their allotted times. I am also required-to log actual times affiliation start, And after 9 and completion at 18th.

As club starter I am required to officiates at all club open events and club matches.

Also, in agreement with club Treasurer, I am available to members for allocating monies to their competition cards. And if requested check balances
