*If elected to membership, I agreed to be bound by the rules of DERBY GOLF CLUB and I authorise the Club to include my personal detail in the computerised Membership records. I allow/do not allow the Club to include my telephone details to be included in the Diary. The Management Committee will post details of the application on the Club Notice Board for at least 15 days prior to consideration. If granted, membership will be reviewed after one year. Renewal of membership is not automatic.
